“Bharat is My Home’’ is a remarkable speech delivered by Dr Zakir Hussain at the time of taking oath as a president. Here in this speech, he pledges himself to the service of the loyalty of India’s culture.

Dr Zakir Hussain is very grateful to the people of India for their faith in him to elect the head of the nation. He also remembers Dr Radhakrishnan on this occasion and praises him for bringing a lot of education and wealth of knowledge to the presidency.

In this speech, Dr Zakir Hussain Promises to maintain the past glory of the nation with all his power and capability. He further says that there should be no discrimination against anyone in the name of colour, caste, creed, religion, and language.

He further says that the whole of ‘Bharat is My Home‘ and her people are my family members. In which they are like my brothers, sisters and parents. He further says that our family (India) is large. So, I will have to labour hard for the member of our family.

He inspires the people to cultivate moral values with sincere work for its social economic and moral development. He always considers Bharat is My Home and pledges to make it a strong and beautiful home. In which the people can lead a prosperous and happy life.

Dr Zakir Hussain regards education is a prime instrument of nation-building. He asks to work hard to make the future of his nation bright and beautiful.

He fully understands the liabilities as well as the responsibilities of the head of the family. At last, he assures the people to serve the nation with the core of his heart.

लोगों द्वारा उनपर विश्वास कर, उन्हें राष्ट्र के प्रमुख के रूप में चुनने के लिए डॉ जाकिर हुसैन भारत के लोगों के प्रति बहुत आभारी हैं। वह इस अवसर पर डॉ राधाकृष्णन को भी याद करते हैं और शिक्षा और ज्ञान का खजाना लाने के लिए उनकी प्रशंसा करते हैं।

वें लोगों को अपने सामाजिक, आर्थिक और नैतिक विकास के लिए ईमानदारी से काम करने के साथ नैतिक मूल्यों की खेती करने (बढ़ावा देने) के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं। वें हमेशा भारत को अपना घर मानते है इसे मजबूत और सुंदर घर बनाने का संकल्प लेते हैं। जिसमें लोग समृद्ध और खुशहाल जीवन जी सकते हैं।

डॉ ज़ाकिर हुसैन का मानना है कि शिक्षा राष्ट्र निर्माण का एक प्रमुख साधन है। वह अपने राष्ट्र के भविष्य को उज्ज्वल और सुंदर बनाने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करने के लिए कहते है।
